Choose one wall finish; the charges are alternatives, not combined. Other lengths require a finish quote. Air-conditioning equipment, other selected upgrades, taxes and fees remain separate.
Finalize your home, selections and written purchase price. A 10% deposit is required at purchase and held in escrow. If you’re unable to complete the purchase, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Provide lender pre-approval before your order moves forward. Your lender confirms the loan terms and how your deposit applies to your down payment. The escrowed deposit is released to your financing company when your purchase and home delivery are completed.
Pine Forest pays for the home up front before delivery. For financed purchases, the home is placed on your lot before the lender releases funds, subject to the lender’s closing requirements.
